1.1. "We", "Us", "Our" refer
to Orissa Gems Exporters
whereas "You" or "Your"
refer to the Customer.
Ordering from us
2.1.
The contract in respect of
the products supplied by us
to you is subject to these
Terms and Conditions and
comes into existence when we
accept your order, which
occurs when we dispatch the
goods to you. Receipt of an
order by our internet sales
team or via our website does
not constitute acceptance of
an order.
2.2. All products are
supplied subject to
availability. In the event
that we are unable to supply
any product, we will inform
you of this as soon as
possible.
2.3. We reserve the right to
refuse to accept any
particular order at our sole
discretion.
Delivering your products
3.1. Our Standard Delivery
Service covers the majority
of Global Destinations,
however a minority of
outlying areas (the Outlying
Areas) are not covered.
3.2. We will charge you one
delivery charge per order,
regardless of the quantity
of products ordered. If you
add to the order within the
same Order Period, you will
still only be charged once
for delivery. Deliveries to
multiple addresses will
require multiple orders and
multiple delivery charges.
3.3. Any date given for
delivery is provided as an
indication only.
Our
warranties and liabilities
4.1.
If any Death or Personal
Injury is caused to the
customer because of the
stones supplied , the
company will not be liable
for such thing .
4.2. We warrant that the
goods supplied will, at the
time of delivery, correspond
to the description given by
us, be of satisfactory
quality and fit for their
general purpose.
4.3.
We will not be liable to you
for any claims that arise
out of the supply of our
products to you, unless we
are negligent, but we will
not be liable in any event
for any consequential loss,
except where this is
required by law.
4.4. Our entire liability
shall not exceed the total
value of your order, except
as expressly provided in
these conditions. 7 day "No
Quibble" guarantee Whenever
you buy gems stones &
jewellery from us you have
the benefit of our "No
Quibble" 7 day guarantee,
which starts on the day you
receive your gems
stones &
jewellery. If you want to
return our gems
stones &
jewellery under our return
policy, just inform us and
we will take our
gems stones &
jewellery back for a full
refund of the item price or
a complete reorder. To take
advantage of this guarantee,
you must ensure that the
gems
stones &
jewellery is returned to as
new, this means that:
4.4.1 you must not remove
the identification tag (if
any) that is attached to the
jewellery.
4.4.2 you must not have
altered the jewellery - for
example, we will not accept
returns of rings that have
been re-sized or any sort of
alteration made to
gems stones &
Jewellery.
4.4.3 you must return the
gems
stones &
jewellery in all its
original packaging and with
its originality.
4.4.4
you must ensure that the
outer packaging is
sufficient to protect the
gems stones &
jewellery in transit.
6.1. These Terms and
Conditions may be revised at
any time and we reserve the
right to do so. You are,
therefore, advised to keep
up to date with the contents
of these terms and
conditions as revisions are
binding upon you.
6.2. Nothing in these Terms
and Conditions will reduce
your statutory rights
relating to faulty or
wrongly described goods.
6.3 We have the right to
change any details/ prices/
quantity, regarding
any product on our website
at any time without prior
notice. Therefore, it is
advised to keep up to date
with the same.

7.1.The products details
mentioned on the website
such as metal weight or
stone weight weight are
shown on the basis of
average weight of hundreds
of products, this
information can vary up-to
12- 15% form the items
delivered to you.
7.2 The images of the
products on the website
might create illusions
regarding product size and
stone sizes. Hence, please
carefully refer to the
details about the product
provided on the website.
Shipping Policy : Orissa
Gems strives to deliver your
order accurately, in good
condition, and always on
time. To ensure that your
order reaches you in the
fastest time and in good
condition, we only ship
through reputed courier
agencies . We make our best
efforts to deliver each item
in your order within
confirmed shipping date
after placing the order.
However in some cases like –
National Holidays (in your
country or in our country),
Natural Disasters or
Calamities or some
unavoidable situations, we
may take longer time. In
this case, we will inform
you on prior basis. All
shipments are fully-insured
and require a signature
confirmation from the
recipient. Your order will
only be shipped after
receipt of the complete
payment. While we shall
endeavor to ship all items
in your order together, this
may not always be possible
due to product
characteristics, or
availability. In this case,
we would not charge any
additional shipping charges;
it will be borne by us. If
you believe that the product
is not in good condition, or
if the packaging is tampered
with or damaged, before
accepting delivery of the
goods, please refuses to
take delivery of the package
and email us at orisagem@sancharnet.in,
mentioning your order
reference number. To ensure
that your order arrives
safely, the courier will
require a signature from the
recipient on delivery. Our
customer service may contact
you for additional
information if required.
After your order is shipped,
you will obtain a courier
tracking number by logging
in and checking the order
info.
General
legal information
9.1.
Faulty items.
If your jewellery becomes
faulty within 7 days of
receipt, you will be offered
the choice of a refund or, a
replacement. To return
faulty products to us,
please contact our Customer
Service team for
instructions. We are not
liable for returned
jewellery which is lost in
transit, so it is important
that you use an insured
delivery method, such as
speed post.
You must return the products
to us within 7 days, in an
unused and re-saleable
condition with all the
original packaging.
